- Ordered before 8 PM = shipped the next working day
- Free shipping within the Netherlands from €25.00
- Within Europe: delivery within 1–5 working days
- Outside Europe: delivery can take up to 15 working days

Returns
- You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt
- Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging
- Returns are at your own cost and risk
- After we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the amount within 30 days
